Stefano Borella is an Italian chef and a professional cooking teacher in London. He has worked in a number of prestigious establishments in his career including San Lorenzo, as well as the famed Savoy, Churchill, and Mayfair hotels. He is presently the head chef at the Caldesi Cookery School. He has a passion for patisserie and Italian food, which comes from his father who was Head chef at San Lorenzo a top London restaurant and favourite of Princess Diana. He is a former winner of the Awards of excellence in pastry and a member of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
