Welcome to the ultimate kickboxing workout program, Christian Thomson’s five-week Cardio Kick Fitness series. In the Cardio Kick Fitness HIIT video you will burn calories, improve your fitness, and increase your strength in just 30 minutes. Make sure to you record the number of sets you complete during the workout every time you complete the video to see how much your fitness has improved. This video should be completed on the third day of each week of the series.

Details

Warm Up
Jump rope - 2 minutes
Crunch crossover holds
Jump rope - 2 minutes
1 inch push-ups - 30 seconds
Jump rope - 2 minutes
Star jumps - 45 seconds

Workout
10 reps of each exercises per set and as many sets as possible in 10 minutes
Squats
Push ups
Tuck jumps
Sit ups
Burpees

Cool Down
Hold each stretch for 30 seconds
Torso rotation
Opposite toe touches
Bent over hamstring stretch
Single leg extension
Hip flexor stretch
Single leg toe reach
Cross leg glute stretch
Wide squat to full upwards extension with deep breaths
