¾ cup Greek yogurt
½ bunch spinach
1 apple, small
½ cup chopped mango
1 cup ice

Ice is a good start to a protein smoothie. Next, apple slices provide fiber and healthy sugar. If you like, you may substitute berries or a different type of fruit, depending on your preference. Greek yogurt provides a lot of protein—no protein powder needed! Tropical fruits are good for digestion, and the flavor of mango blends well with spinach, which is a great source of vegetarian protein, vitamins, and minerals.

Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minute. For a thick smoothie, blend for 30 seconds. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add a little water and blend longer.
