  3. Super excited to try these videos! I started working out to Sarah’s videos about 1 year and 1 month ago and I feel addicted to my morning exercise routines. I still weigh the same actually and am working at losing some excess weight but I could care less because I’ve never get stronger or more fit (except maybe during my high school soccer conditioning days ?).

    Thank you Sarah for being so inspirational and such a warm spirit!
