Pumpkin Crumble Cake Recipe combines the best of pumpkin pie with cake. This is the perfect Thanksgiving Holiday dessert. Pumpkin crumble cake is sort of a pumpkin pie and a pumpkin cake in one. I like to use Betty Crocker Super moist Yellow Cake Mix for this recipe. This cake has all the yummy flavors of a pumpkin pie but the heartiness of a cake. It's the perfect dessert to have during the holidays or bring to a holiday party. It's fast an easy and always a crowd pleaser. It was featured recently on the Betty Crocker Facebook Fan Page! I got this recipe from a friend years ago when she made it for a potluck dinner. I modified it a little over the years. I think it is the right combination of pie and cake. Enjoy!

Follow along with this surprisingly easy recipe, and you will be delighted at how light and moist this cake turns out! Flavors of orange and lemon zest, candied ginger, coconut, sultanas (raisins), and a little dark rum infuse this double layer carrot cake giving it a balance of nutty and spicy notes. In this Grokker Premium video, Dessert Chef Ella Caulier shares her take on a delicious carrot cake that you don't get everyday.
5. 50-Year Apple Cake with Walnuts & Caramel

This cake is dense with a crunchy top. It is good by itself in the afternoon or covered with caramel sauce and a scoop of ice cream for after dinner. I got this recipe from a friend's grandmother, who has been baking this cake for 50 years! Maybe by now it should be the 75 Year Apple Cake. No matter how many years, it still tastes great and you will love how easy it is to bake. Grokker Premium video in the Apple Desserts series by Pastry Chef Emily Luchetti.

7. Simple Chocolate Fudge

If you find the old fashioned method of making fudge daunting, you will love this rich and creamy Simple Chocolate Fudge recipe. It side steps the boiling of sugar syrup and instead, all you need to do is melt semi sweet chocolate with a little butter and sweetened condensed milk. Finish it off by stirring in some vanilla extract and chopped nuts and you are done.
8. Pumpkin Bread Recipe Demonstration

Pumpkin Bread is one of my favorite quick breads to make in the Fall. This moist honey-colored quick bread is full of pumpkin flavor and its complementary spices. But what really sets it apart, is the vein of cream cheese filling running through it's center. I love how the tanginess of the cream cheese pairs with the sweetness of the pumpkin bread. This recipe makes two loaves, so you can eat one straight away and freeze the other.
