Started adding more raw foods in my diet, but I am a meat eater. So far I have given up meat for breakfast and changed my milk to either almond or coconut. So far I have tried different recipes for lunch, but breakfast I just do shakes, and is thinking about eating more fruit . I was wondering if there are any recipes for breakfast I can try. I don't have a dehydrated and not sure if I am interested in getting one. I was wondering are there in recipes that I can use?
