Gluten Free Recipe: Ham-and-Swiss Quiche
Because it's Reader Request Week, I'm whipping up recipes you told me you wanted to learn how to make. We got so many requests for gluten-free dishes, so I had to stop and ask myself: If I cut out gluten, what foods would I miss the most? Flaky pie crust topped the list! So today I'm making a quiche with a great gluten-free pie crust. Everyone will love it! Sarah's Tip of the Day: To start, roast some onion slices with olive oil and thyme (they will add big flavor to the filling later). Then, make your pie dough by using gluten-free all-purpose flour (this is a great product because you only need to buy one thing at the store, rather than a bunch of specialty flours to make your own mix), salt, butter, an egg, and ice water. You'll be filling this crust with beaten eggs, milk, ham, Swiss cheese, and those roast onions. Watch the video and I'll show you the secrets to rolling and baking a gluten-free pie crust. Once you master this technique, you can transform any pie into a gluten-free version!

Chocolate and cherries, need we say more? This summer-time French dessert is an absolutely perfect reason to celebrate cherry season. This dish is like two pancakes stuck together with milk chocolate and cherry halves. When you take it out of the oven, the cherries pop through the cakey top for a unique presentation. Cherry season is short, so don't miss out!

Oven-Fried Gluten Free Fish and Chips
Who doesn’t love crunchy golden fish and chips? It’s the best. But I’m certainly not about to fill up a frying pan with hot oil to make this dish for one or two people. In this gluten free oven fried version the fish and chips maintain all of their golden crispy goodness without all the extra fat and calories. Once you see how easy this one is to throw together I’m pretty certain you might be ditching your usual lunch fare in favor of this pub classic a bit more often.
7. Gluten Free Chicken Parmesan
Gluten Free Chicken Parmesan
Oven Fried Chicken Parmesan gets lightened up by skipping the frying pan and heading straight towards the oven. Many dieters run from this Italian classic to avoid the fat and calories. But, in this version, I've used an oven frying method and low fat mozzarella. I'll also show you an easy side dish that has veggies mixed in with the pasta to round out this meal as a healthy option for dinner.

The peanut butter and bananas in the recipe make this recipe better option than most coffee cakes.
