Are there any ideas out there for easy prep, healthy, packable lunches?

I was able to find this meal-prep plan and I know we should stick with Grokker options, but there are loads of them online as well. Sunday prep works best for me. I do things like taco bowls, soups and snacks in snack-sized ziplocs (like nuts and boiled eggs) so that I never have the excuse to be hungry or caught without something nutritious and easy to grab.

Hi Vicki Nist. You may want to take a look at the two videos by Sue Mah. Although there may not be specific lunch plans, she has some good suggestions on prepping beforehand.

One thing that has really helped me is to bring leftovers for lunch. I've made a habit of making larger quantities of healthy dinners, and then packing my lunch with these leftovers. I then know exactly what I'm eating and these are easy to pack lunches.

Hope this helps!
