Saute instead of fry.
Avocado oil is one of my new favorite oils to use with a pan. Along with coconut oil (350°), Avocado oil (520°) has a higher smoke point than olive oil (320°) which is healthier when searing. Plus avocados contain monounsaturated fats (omega9), is good for your complexion (vitamin e) and even helps with lowering cholesterol and weight loss (anti-inflammatory). I get my AO at costco (much cheaper)
