1 ¼ cups coconut milk (for marinade and peanut sauce)
3 tablespoons tamarind juice
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon paprika powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Crushed peanuts
½ cup vinegar
Chopped Thai chilies
Diced cucumbers
Diced red onions
Water (to soak skewers)
