Prep Time: 15 minutes
1. Skin the pumpkin and cut them into medium squares.
2. Add some water into a pot and add the pumpkins to cook for 6 min.
3. After 6 min take out pumpkins and in a frying pan add vegetable oil and cook shrimp, spring onions, green peas, and pumpkins with salt added.
4. Finish off with potato starch and water mixture.
