Here's my FAVORITE gluten free recipe, it's super yummy and easy! Hope you like it! :D

Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:
50g Yeast
2 dl Milk
25g Butter
1 tsp Fiberhusk (Psyllium husks)
½ dl Sugar
2 ½ milliliter Salt
1 Egg
5 dl Gluten free flour

For frying: 1-1,5L of rapeseed oil (or any oil that doesn't have any strong flavor)

Ingredients for icing:
Icing sugar
Food coloring -- the color you like
Water

Direction:
1. In a saucepan, add the butter together with the milk, heat it up on medium heat, mix/stir them together.
Get the milk/butter-mixture to 37 degrees Celsius(98,6 degrees Fahrenheit), it's okay if it's between 36-38 degrees Celsius(96,8-100,4 degrees Fahrenheit)!

2. While you're waiting for the milk/butter-mixture to reach the right temperature, crumble the yeast into the bowl/the food processors bowl.

3. Now the milk/butter-mixture have the right temperature (37 degrees Celsius, 98,6 degrees Fahrenheit), pour the fiberhusk/psyllium husks into the mixture and blend it well. Let the milk/butter/psyllium husks-mixture rise/swell for 10 minutes.

4. Pour the milk/butter/psyllium husks-mixture into the bowl with the yeast. Mix it well! Pour the rest of the ingredients (except for the flour) into the bowl. Mix it well!

5. Pour a little bit of the flour at a time into the bowl and blend it. Blend it until it becomes a loose dough. It's ok if it's sticky! If you take too much flour, the dough will become very solid and the donuts will be very dry and solid!

6. Put a tea towel over the bowl and let the dough rise until double in size (around 1 hour).

7. Now it's time to form the donuts. Spread some flour on the kitchen bench, not TOO much. Get the dough out of the bowl with a spatula onto the kitchen bench. Put some flour on your hands and knead the dough. Form the dough like a baguette and mark with a knife and cut the dough into pieces in the size you like. Take one of the pieces of dough and roll it between your hands. Then make a flat ball and make a hole (around 2-3 centimeters (0,8-1,2 inches) in diameter) in the middle.

8. Now it's time to fry the donuts. Take a new saucepan and pour about 1-1,5L of rapeseed (it depends on what size your saucepan is). Let the oil heat up to 175 degrees Celsius (347 degrees Fahrenheit).

9. Take one of the donuts (or more depending on how large your saucepan is) and fry it for 30 seconds to 1 min on each side, or until it's golden brown. The donuts will become bigger or rise while being fried, so they need space in the saucepan!

10. Remove the donut from the oil and place it on a paper towel lined plate.

11. Let's do the icing!

Directions for icing:
1. Pour a few drops of the food coloring into the bowl with icing sugar. Then pour a little bit of water into the bowl with icing sugar and food coloring, mix it well. If the icing becomes too thick for a few drops of water into it! And if the icing is too loose pour a little more of icing sugar in it.

2. Before you pour the icing on the donuts, let the donuts cool a bit after they've been fried.

3. And now pour some icing on the donuts, as much as you like!
