1. In a food processor throw in your arugula, garlic, pine nuts, lemon juice, drizzle in olive oil, parmesan cheese and blend to make the pesto.
2. Chop your mushrooms, shallots, and asparagus.
3. In a hot pan drizzle olive oil and saute the mushrooms. After the mushrooms are done just add in the shallots and asparagus.
5. Plate the halibut and the vegetables together and serve!
