Make Sure You Have: bamboo skewers
1. Peel and clean the jumbo shrimps and then get the marinade ready. In a bowl, add lemon zest, garlic, fresh herbs, olive oil, and a pinch of red pepper.
2. Take your shrimp and place them in the marinade and coat them well. Place them in the refrigerator for 30 min to an hour.
3. While the shrimps are marinading, soak your bamboo skewers for about 30 minutes.
4. When the shrimps are ready place them on the skewers and grill them! When they have a nice color to them they are ready to serve. Grill up some halved lemons and serve them together.
