Prep Time: 5 minutes
1. Combine butter and rosemary, mix with fork. Spread butter mixture on one side of bread. Place on pan butter side down.
2. Add Gruyere & cheddar cheese. Add second slice butter side up. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
3. Cut into cubes. Add to soup or salad, Enjoy!
