Cooking Recipe

Servings: 2
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup dried vegan beef slices
1 cup thawed vegan beef balls
23 cups water (for broth and noodles)
32 ounces vegetable broth
1 & ½ tbsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 ounces rock sugar
½ tsp five spice powder
5 star anise
1/3 tsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
5 cloves
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 whole cinnamon stick
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or canola oil)
3 inch piece of ginger
1 small peeled yellow onion
Sliced red onions
Chopped green onions
Chopped cilantro
1 small sliced daikon
1 large sliced carrot
1 cup brown mushrooms
Thai basil
Bean sprouts
Lime wedges
Jalapeno peppers
1 package Pho noodles
Sriracha & Hoisin sauce
