One of our favorite go-to's for a quick breakfast must be these soft boiled eggs & soldier boys. It's a different take on the classic eggs with toast - satisfying and DELICIOUS!

Cooking Recipe

Ingredient:
2 egg
2 toast
1/2 tbsp of butter

Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil & decrease temp to a rapid simmer

2. Gently add eggs, 1 at a time - cook for 5-7 mins (we like 6, not too runny or hard!)

3. Toast and butter bread

4. Cut in slices, into soldier boys

5. Remove eggs & run under cold water for 30-60 seconds

6. Crack off top of egg, sprinkle with coarse salt

Enjoy!
