In this first workout of the final week Pace and Go introduce some exploded movements to your session. Exploded exercises, also known as plyometrics, incorporate jumps which force muscles to exert maximum force in short intervals of time with the goal of increasing speed and strength. Enjoy this dynamic and challenging workout.
2. 15-Minute Fitness Challenge
For the final 21-Day Athlete session Pace and Go have put together a selection of their most challenging loaded and unloaded exercises for you to put your fitness to the test and review how far you have progressed with your overall fitness, strength and stamina. It’s going to be tough but it’s going to feel great!
3. Full Body Activation
In the second workout in the 21-Day Athlete program Pace and Go will lead you through a full body activation with a focus on core strength and engagement. A strong core is key to building functional fitness and will allow you to perform all exercises with greater stability, strength and balance.
4. Bodyweight Total Body #4
Total Body #4 takes the intensity up a notch with more challenging exercises. If you're repeating this workout in the Evolution6 program, try to do the it with less modifications to progress your strength.
5. Strength & Flexibility
Sore from your workout? Join Sam Skelton for a series of static and dynamic stretches combined with abdominal strengthening moves. By working on both mobility and strength in one workout, you'll reduce your recovery time so you can build lean, limber muscles more effectively.
6. Let's Get Moving: 10-Minute Low-Impact HIIT
HIIT or high-intensity interval training, is an efficient way torch calories in a short period of time. You can do this workout routine on its own if you are short on time or combine it with other routines. You'll do alternating short bouts of intense exercise combined with lower intensity moves in between (rest period).
