February 2, 2017 I've just started using Grokker a couple of weeks ago. I've been trying very hard to get a good routine going and sticking with it. I'll be on a two week cruise without internet so I won't be able to watch the videos. Looking for the best excercises to keep me going. I would prefer things that I can do in the confined space of my cabin that would work my entire body in a short period of time. I will be doing cardio every day as well. All suggestions welcome!
