How should I make my own workout schedule using the individual workouts found here? I am going to be running track and I also play field hockey. I am a female that wants to get in even better shape as well as build muscle. How should I go about doing this? I have been into fitness for a long time and am in good shape. I am also open to nutrition ideas as well. Thanks for any help!
