From your home page look for "Find Your Perfect Video" Select your preferred duration from the drop-down box, then select the type of exercise you would like eg cardio, yoga etc, then select your level. Easy Peasy!
I have attached three different types of 30 minute workouts. You can go to the search bar and search "30 Minute" and it will bring up all of our 30 Minute workouts. Hope you enjoy using Grokker!
