Hi Stephanie, I can't think of a genre/video that would address both goals.
In my experience, if I have a pain somewhere - nerve, tendons, muscles - I try to address that first before resuming regular activities. Or at least include therapeutic exercises while reducing work load.
Sounds like you have a (self?) diagnose on sciatica, in which case you may benefit from gentle back and leg stretches. You could look into Robyn Capobianco, PhD, Celest Pereira and eventually Emilie Perz when you feel like you would like to test yourself.
