Hi Linn Abbott. Great question! I've attached some videos that I think will be a good starting point for you. In addition, I recommend joining a program. A program is a set of workouts that range anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks, and the programs give you a schedule of which workout to do on which date. They help take the guesswork out of what to do.
