How do I log my daily running?

Go to your homepage on grokker.com. Click your avatar on the top right hand corner and click My Profile. Scroll down under the Wellness Quiz and select Self-Report Activities. You can chose the Workout Type, Duration and Date and then click "Save Activity".

On the Grokker app, go to My Profile and click Self-Report Activity. You can chose the Workout Type, Duration and Date and then click "Save Activity”.

**Please note if you have multiple activities that you are reporting on the same day, please enter them at different times so they do NOT overlap.
