Hi wendy mazursky. We typically add new videos as part of a program. For example, we just added the Sugar Reset program in Feb, which consisted of 14 videos. We typically add a new program about every 6-8 weeks. These programs can be fitness, yoga, nutrition, finance, or mindfulness related.
In the next month or so, we will be releasing a new Sarah Kusch (fitness) program, and sometime before the summer we should be releasing a new program by Celest (yoga).
