I am training for Fitness Competition in June 2018. what would be the best videos and meals that I can use to ready to walk the stage? ( i have a bad knee and not able to eat any seafood or nuts)

Wow, Diane Blye, that's awesome! Good luck. I'm going tag a few of our Grokker experts, and they should be able to offer you some great tips: Pace and Go, Sarah Kusch, and Jaime McFaden. I've attached a couple of videos that also may help. Check out Sarah Kusch's videos for cutting down on body fat, or Jon Stratford's videos on strength training. In terms of meals, I recommend checking out our healthy eating section: https://grokker.com/cooking/nutrition-and-healthy-eating. You will need to chat with a pro, though, for more specific advice.
