Hi MARY JO MATHIAS. You enter the promo code on the same page that you entered the billing information. You should have seen a box in the upper right that would have allowed you to enter the PROMO code. If you weren't able to do this, please email support@grokker.com and make sure to note the name of the promo code that was supposed to give you 3 months free.
