I have been watching the daily 14-day Sugar Reset with Dr. Mah and I clicked on I DID THIS button, but did not hit Send. Is this why Grokker stopped sending me the daily emails?

Hi Edith Saucedo. Yes, that is correct. In order to save the "I Did This", you need to click "Send". I suspect you were removed from the program, as our system didn't think you were making any progress in it (progress is based on claiming an "I Did This"). And if you're no longer part of the program, you won't receive any reminder emails.
