I'm looking to strengthen and tone up my inner thighs and am struggling to find a workout that will help with this. Can anyone suggect one that will really help me feel the inner thighs please?

HI Lou Maris. Some of the best exercises to do this are the following: bridges with a squeeze, squats, curtseys, side lunges, and sumo deadlifts, to name a few. I've attached some workouts that I've found to be very helpful. I'm going to tag a few experts, and hopefully they can provide some more workouts for you: Pace and Go, Sarah Kusch, and Kelly Lee ... do you have any tips for Louise?
