I'm unable to end a workout using my Apple Watch. Activity/workouts are not being recorded accurately either. Suggestions for a fix?

Hi Cyndi Calvert. I wanted to let you know that with our newest iOS release today (version 4.4), the bug with the Apple Watch has been fixed. You may now use your Apple Watch to start/stop/pause or end Grokker videos.

In addition, if you link the Grokker app to Apple Health, you can earn Wellness Minutes for all of your activities from your Apple Watch (ie, a walk or run). Apple Watch will record those workouts in Apple Health, and those minutes will then be recorded in Grokker.

If you need any assistance with getting this set-up, please let me know.

HI Cyndi Calvert. We are aware of an issue with the Apple Watch app. We are working on a fix, and this should be resolved in the next app release, expected out next month. In the meantime, my recommendation is to...

1. Remove the Grokker app on your Apple Watch
2. Use your phone/tablet/computer to watch and control the Grokker video.
3. Track the workout using Apple Workouts tracker on the watch

When the app is properly working on the Apple Watch, you will be able to track the Grokker workout directly on your watch. We do recognize that the workaround is an extra step, so we hope to have this fixed soon.

Thanked by Cyndi
