Hi Lisa Tillman. I just spoke to one of my engineers and can explain why you aren't getting notifications from Sarah Kusch as often anymore. If you follow an expert, we used to send notifications every time that expert commented. However, users were receiving too many notifications, so we removed that "feature". Now, I believe, you will only receive notifications when an expert comments on your comment or your activity. Hope that clarifies what's going on, and can put your mind to ease about Sarah :-)
