Menopause is real! Any helps on controlling hot flashes and chocolate cravings. Makes it very difficult to sleep when I am up from the HEAT 3 - 4 times a night. Suggestions???

We have lots of great videso on sleep that may help and you may want to think about doing a restorative yoga practice at the end of the day to relax you and set you up for a good nights sleep. Hope this all helps!

Not on Grokker, but I follow a group on Facebook called Fiesty menopause and there is a wealth of info being shared there among women who are pre-/peri-/ and in menopause. Lots of active women supporting each other! Hope it helps you!
