my question how do you workout using your own body weight as strength training?

Hi Janet,

I'm a fan of using body weight to exercise because it is accessible, you use your core, improve balance, it's challenging at any fitness level, and can increase flexibility to name a few reasons.

We have quite a few videos at Grokker that focus on that. Besides most of the yoga videos, there are some fitness ones I really like. I will post the link for them in this comment.
