Recently lost 30 pounds, looking for ways to tone at home, not a gym person but willing to buy small weights and mat if needed.

Hi Stacy Johnson. First, congratulations on the weight loss. That's very impressive and I commend you for your dedication! We definitely have some great options for you to tone at home. A lot of options don't require any equipment, but it may be worthwhile to purchase a mat (for any floor work) and/or some small hand weights (maybe 3, 5, and/or 8 lbs).

I've attached some videos that I think you may enjoy. In addition, you may want to consider joining one of our programs. These are great ways to have a set schedule of workouts.
