what's a good workout for 20-25 mnutes that a beginner with terrible balance can do? who has the best video

Hi - Just now I watched this first video ("Move More" by Kara Mohr) from a new Grokker Program called "Sustainable Weight Loss" that made its debut on Grokker two days ago. The video mentions that exercise physiology experts Chris and Kara Mohr have provided a list of their own favorite Grokker videos. When I started out, I found the "Daily Workouts" (under the "More" tab at the top of the screen) to be very helpful. I also really enjoyed two beginner programs by Sarah Kusch and Ellen Barrett:
