What works best for Fibromyalgia? Any ideas appreciated. Thank you

Low impact exercises are good and I would recommend you try one of our many walking programs listed below:

jennifer noe I am glad that you have enjoyed the videos. in the Walk Strong program there is one barefoot walk video. It is really up to you how comfortable you are to do all the videos barefoot but you have to be careful you don't slip and hurt yourself if you are barefoot especially if there is more cardio and moving around in some videos.
