What would be the best program to get back into fitness after covid-19? I had to take a long break due to difficult breathing and fatigue.

Very best wishes! You might really enjoy the "Webcam Workouts" program because it consists of ten ten-minute videos taught by five different instructors who present five different types of exercise. Getting back into the groove with ten-minute bursts of exercise might give your body and your lungs an opportunity to adapt to exercising again without overexerting yourself. The variety of instructors and types of exercises would give you the chance to explore what you might like. All five of the instructors offer further programs that you might explore after completing the "Webcam Workouts" program. In particular, Angelo Dela Cruz might be of interest because he emphasizes whole-body mobility in gentle, gliding motions. You might also enjoy beginner yoga.
