Will data be synced to Apple Health when I have been using the website for the workout and just start the app afterwards?

Hi Deahna B. What workouts are being tracked on Apple Health that are not appearing on Grokker? Can you tell me what version of our app you have? The latest version is 4.5. If you don't have that, can you please update to that version, add a workout through Apple Health and let me know if it syncs to Grokker? If you continue to have problems, it would be best if you could email me at support@grokker.com. Thank you!

Thanks, Debbie, this did work once I remembered to claim the "I did this" in the app and not online. However, nothing gets synced the other way, so no trainings tracked in Health appear here. And, yes, I remembered to grant permission for reading trainings.

Hi Deahna B. If I correctly understand your steps, this is what you are doing: You watch a video through our website (and don't claim an I Did This). You then open the app and claim the corresponding I Did This. If that is the scenario, then YES, this Grokker workout would be synced with Apple Health.

If I'm misinterpretting what you are saying, please let me know.
