This 40 minute routine is the fourth in Angelo's Flexibility & Control Series of Grokker Premium videos. Due to the duration and more complicated movements, this workout is more challenging than #1-3 in the Series which are more basic. Integrating this series of exercises into your fitness regime will help keep your muscles and joints in a healthy state.
