Take 5 minutes to write down the questions posed in this video and allow yourself 25 minutes to complete your responses. If it takes you longer then no worries. Spend as much time as you like.

In this session, Alister will discuss how the practice of mindfulness can teach leaders how to develop higher levels of self-awareness and intentionality in their actions.

4. Positive Affirmations for Confidence
Positivity goes a long way in helping you to build a happier life. An affirmation is a statement we say to ourselves in order to re-wire our thoughts. Much like exercise, the repetition of positive affirmations can raise our level of feel-good hormones and completely change our mood. In this session Julie will share with you, four of her favourite positive affirmations for greater confidence, self-love and gratitude.
5. Time Management
Do you find yourself constantly “running out of time”, missing deadlines, or late to appointments? Time is one thing we could all use more of. Yet, so many of us fail at managing our time effectively. In this session Alister will share his top tips for becoming more conscious of how you manage your time and tools you can use to create more time, feel less stressed and improve the quality of your life.
6. Time Management Lesson
Time management is all about making your time work for you rather than against you. To create more time freedom in our days and lives, we have to learn to eliminate and focus.In this exercise we will focus on learning to let go of un-important tasks so we can focus on those that will make a positive impact on your life.
7. Meditation for Fearlessness
In this 10-minute meditation, you will focus on inner strength and purpose.
8. Conflict Resolution Exercise
In this exercise, you will learn to connect your thoughts with your heart, rather than your head, during times of tension and conflict with others. In this mindful practice you will learn to recognize the triggers in your body that cause you to become agitated and stressed by confrontation and conflict. Practice this exercise as often as you feel you need.
9. Mindful Creativity
Creativity is about seeing things from a different perspective or viewpoint. Mindfulness is particularly good at developing this ability because it is all about stepping back from your thoughts and emotions rather than getting caught up in them. In this session Alister will share some ways in which you can tap into the creative side of your brain through the practice of mindfulness.
10. Mindful Confidence
Do you suffer from a lack of confidence or low self-esteem? If so, it’s important to understand that confidence is a belief and a feeling that you can cultivate by regularly practicing mindfulness tools, techniques, and rituals. In this session, Alister will share with you his top tips for developing a more confident mindset.
