Hi Thomas Arnn. Quitting smoking is one of the hardest things to do, as you may know from experience. Although Grokker does not offer any videos on how to help quit smoking, I can offer you some suggestions to help with your journey. One of the side affects of quitting is weight gain. You may want to check out one of our videos on nutritional eating.

Many people use smoking as a way to relax. You'll have to find other ways to relax. You may want to check out some of our videos on mindfulness: https://grokker.com/mind/reduce-stress-and-anxiety.

When you have the urge to smoke, perhaps you can exercise as a way to preoccupy yourself. We offer a lot of variety in exercise videos from walking routines to yoga to strength training to high intensity cardio.
