Ask 20 people and you'll receive 20 different replies, but here are some ideas: (a) physical exercise, for the endorphin effects; (b) marveling at nature in the outdoors; (c) helping people in ways small and large, including volunteering for a cause; (d) keeping a journal/diary; (e) talking things out with a trusted confidante; (f) minimizing time on social media, to reduce "FOMO"; and (g) taking the time to truly pamper oneself for at least a few minutes every single day.
