I downloaded two sleep videos to my iphone. The first played nicely, the second was still streamed which used up just over 100 MB of my meagre data allowance. Why?

Hi Deahna B., sorry this happened. One way to make sure you are playing a downloaded video is to go to the Downloaded tab, under My Videos. Videos that have been fully downloaded to your device will show there.
