I usually feel that I can't breathe in my own space. I try to work but I just stare on my work desk. I want to feel alive again.

I would recommend that you a take a break away from the desk and try to get some movement or meditation into your day. You could try some light fitness videos in the Walk It Out program or try the videos in Workday Recharge that have mindfulness and stretches that would really benefit you. We also have some lovely meditation videos in the Meditation Basics program and the Resilience Meditations.
