The new meditation program by Andrew Johnson, which just made its debut on Grokker four days ago, contains 91 three-minute meditations. Sometimes treating yourself to three minutes of replenishing self-care can calm the mind and put the big picture in better perspective! You are worth it! Very best wishes! :)
