Awesome continuation, building on starter video. Just like my early days of kickboxing training. One thing he forgot to mention this time is to keep the boxer's curl (hunching slightly over and holding abs tight) to protect organs and provide less surface area to opponent. It also helps keep all the muscle chains engaged and provides for more stability. This one will be worth repeating over and over to increase speed and strength.
Great intro to kickboxing/MMA. Great warmup for sparring. You can easily adjust to suit your level or how you're feeling even if you're not having a great health day or didn't sleep well. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to know if kickboxing training suits them. The only thing left out is the yelling and punchy face!
HOLY CRAP! I had no idea this would hurt so much! It got better after the first round of each exercise. I had to get all those fibers stretched out because I sit for at least 12 hours per day for work and elected duties. I WILL do this again. This one is worth mastering!
