My all time favorite workout vid, Grokker or otherwise! It's over before you know it, although my shoulders, abs, and thighs were whining fo sho. I call this one down and dirty in under thirty. Just perfect.

Hahahahaha. I have to laugh at how ridiculously bad I was at these. My lower back kept screaming warnings at me. Just tells me I gotta strengthen my core significantly. One bright spot is that my arms were strong enough for these! That's some progress, at least.
