I've done this every morning for a week. I've been away from exercise for almost 2 years after having my last baby and this has been a good challege to get back into working out. I'm repeating this over and over until I can do the workout without modifications and then will move through the next 27. Thanks Sarah for making the transition a fun one! I'm so greatful for Grokker as well!
The standing split was pretty impossible for me. It will take a while. Same with twisting half moon. I think recommending a yoga block with this series would be helpful for intermediate yogies. Thx!
