Soooo... I'm not much of a cold pasta eater. The one time I did heat up my zucchini pasta was a disaster because it shrinks right up and you end up with much less than you started with. Also, I'd be curious to taste this because it seemed like she put an aweful lot of pesto in her pasta. I do like the look of the tomatoes in it though. Such a nice pop of color. Does anyone actually peel their noodles like she showed in the beginning?
Wow! That's a little challenging to change my mindset of how I breathe. I'm glad she said it took her a lot of practice.
