3. Taoflow: Stability

Then, follow Qigong Expert Cain Carroll to move into Joint Opening exercises to increase circulation and awareness of the joints in preparation for in-depth study and practice of Womb Squat. 7. Hip Opening and Meditation
This is a thirty minute seated Taoflow practice. Class begins with four traditional hip opening movements to warm and align the hips and spine, followed by twenty minutes of guided skin breathing meditation.
