This is a forty-minute set of Taoflow basics. Class begins with traditional Shaking toclear the mind, detox the cells and rejuvenate the whole body. This is a forty-minute set of Taoflow essentials. Class begins with traditional Shaking to clear the mind, detox the cells and rejuvenate the whole body. 3. Taoflow: 40 min. Nourishing Life Practice
Cultivate optimal health and longevity with this 40-minute session of Taoflow nourishing life practices. Class begins with the six healing sounds to cleanse and strengthen the internal organs, followed by a series of pressure point self-massage and meridian washing. The practices you will learn here have been used for thousands of years by yogis in India and Taoist sages in China to prevent injury and dis-ease, and promote radiant health of body and mind. No experience necessary. Students of all levels are welcome (yes, total beginners too).
4. Taoflow: Stability
This is a forty-minute set of Taoflow Yoga that fosters stability and centeredness in body and mind with our celebrated Qigong Expert Cain Carroll. This all levels class begins with free-style shaking to clear the mind, detox the cells and rejuvenate the whole body. We then work with longer holds of specific postures to calm the nervous system, balance emotions, and strengthen the feeling of somatic presence in this Grokker Premium video. No props needed.
5. Taoflow: Squat Sequence
This is a forty-minute Taoflow Lab where you will learn proper alignment, breathing techniques and of one of the most important positions for overall health and longevity: Womb Squat. Class begins with a few minutes of free-style Shaking to clear the mind and warm up the body. Then, follow Qigong Expert Cain Carroll to move into Joint Opening exercises to increase circulation and awareness of the joints in preparation for in-depth study and practice of Womb Squat.
